Application Review & Approval Process

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into Meet Me at the Market. Applications are reviewed based on category availability, event needs, completeness of the application, and overall vendor mix.

Please allow up to 72 hours for application processing and review. Incomplete applications may result in delays or may not be considered until all required information has been received.

Approved vendors will receive an approval email with instructions for completing registration, including payment and any required agreements. Due to the high volume of applications received, we do not send notification emails to applicants who are not selected.

If you have not received an approval email after the review period, your category may be full or your application may not have been selected for that event. Qualified applicants may be placed on a waiting list and contacted if a space becomes available.

Meet Me at the Market reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its sole discretion.

Approval, Payment & Agreement Deadline

By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree that if your application is approved, you will have 24 hours from the time the approval email is sent to submit both your vendor fee payment and signed vendor agreement.

Failure to submit the required payment and agreement within the 24-hour period may result in the forfeiture of your approved vendor space. Your spot may then be released to another applicant or offered to a vendor on the waiting list.

No vendor space is guaranteed until both payment and the signed agreement have been received and confirmed by Meet Me at the Market.
